Front-line technician level 3
The mission of a front-line technician is to provide excellent technical support, network administration and preventive maintenance services to the company’s customers, whether remotely or directly at the customer’s site.
- Answering service calls
- Participate in hardware and software installations at customer sites
- Carry out preventive maintenance at customers' premises
- Carry out quality follow-ups with customers
- Make verbal and written recommendations to increase the functionality, security and stability of client systems
- Keep abreast of new trends and technologies
- Ensure the security and stability of the networks of supported customers
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 / Server 2003, 2008, 2011, 2012, 2016
- Proficiency in Office 365 (In-depth knowledge)
- Mastery of Exchange (On prem and Online)
- Mastery of ActiveDirectory (Azure, Hybrid, On prem)
- Mastery of VmWare, Hyper-V virtualization
- Knowledge of Watchguard, Azure, Datto, Fortinet technologies (an asset)
- Trained in MD - 100, MS - 100 (an asset)
- Experience in outsourced IT services (very strong asset)
- Very strong learning ability
- Team spirit, autonomy, motivation, interpersonal skills and good self-presentation
- Minimum 5 years of experience
